Marktic is a full-stack AI platform. We're a small founding team building something that doesn't exist yet—and we're looking for someone to make sure our customers actually succeed with it.

You'd be our first dedicated CS hire. The customers you work with will shape the product. Your work matters from day one.

What you'll do

You'll own the full customer experience—from onboarding through day-to-day support and long-term retention. Early-stage means you won't just be closing tickets.

  • Get new users up and running and help them reach their first "aha" moment
  • Be the first line of support when things go wrong—respond fast, make people feel taken care of
  • Collect and surface feedback that makes the product better—spot patterns before they become churn risks
  • Help shape how we support customers at scale, and occasionally do things that don't scale because it's the right call

  • A customer hits a wall—you respond fast, make them feel taken care of, and the problem gets solved
